The agreement between you and Mon Fragrance when you browse the site or order a personalised bottle.

These terms govern your use of monfragrance.com and any order you place. By browsing the site or buying a bottle, you agree to them. Because every bottle is personalised, please read the section on personalised orders carefully.
Ordering
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We confirm by email; a contract forms once we accept and begin production. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a name breaches the rules below or an item is mispriced, and will refund any payment in full.
Personalised products
- The name you enter is printed exactly as submitted, so please check spelling, capitalisation and accents before paying.
- Because each bottle is made to order, personalised items can't be returned for a change of mind, see our Returns & Care page for the full policy.
- We may refuse names that are offensive, infringe a trademark, or impersonate a real person without consent.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes where indicated; shipping and any duties are shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment provider. If a genuine pricing error occurs, we'll contact you before fulfilling the order.
Shipping & returns
Delivery times and costs are described on our Shipping page. Our returns and replacement policy, including damaged-on-arrival cover, is set out on the Returns & Care page and forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, no attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. The Mon Fragrance name, logo, bottle design, photography and copy are our intellectual property and may not be reused without permission.
Product information
We describe our fragrances as accurately as we can, but scent is personal and screens vary, so colours and notes may differ slightly from how they appear. Fragrance can cause sensitivity in some people; discontinue use if irritation occurs and keep away from eyes.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mon Fragrance operates, and disputes are subject to its courts. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here when you order.
