Shipping & delivery

Every bottle is made to order and personalised by hand, so it takes a little longer than something off a shelf, and arrives feeling like it was always theirs.

Why 2-4 weeks

Nothing is pre-made.

We don’t treat names as pre-stocked inventory. Each order is produced after you place it: the name is set in gold on the glass, the bottle is finished and checked, then wrapped and carded. That’s why it’s never “out of stock”, and why it takes two to four weeks to reach you.

Standard · Domestic Tracked delivery within the US. Production plus transit, start to finish. Free · 2-4 weeks

Standard · International Mon Fragrance currently ships within the United States. Tax is calculated at checkout once live checkout opens. Free · 3-5 weeks

Rush production Need it for a date? Our concierge can prioritise production for time-sensitive gifts where the calendar allows. By request

Confirmed

You receive an order confirmation by email the moment it’s placed.

Personalised & prepared

The name is set in gold, the bottle finished and checked, then prepared for shipping.

Shipped & tracked

You get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us. Gift orders ship with prices hidden on the receipt.

Gifting to a deadline?

Tell us the date.

If you’re ordering for a birthday, wedding or holiday, message our concierge with the date and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can make it, and prioritise it if we can.
