Mon Fragrance collects only what we need to make your bottle, deliver it, and keep your account secure. We never sell your personal data. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Mon Fragrance ("we", "us") sells personalised eau de toilette online. We are the data controller for the personal information described here. For any privacy request, contact [email protected].
What we collect
- Order details, the name you personalise, your shipping and billing address, email, phone, and the contents of your bag.
- Payment information, handled by Stripe or another payment provider when checkout is live. We never see or store your full card number.
- Account information, if you create an account, your saved addresses and order history.
- Usage data, basic page, device, approximate location, security, and cookie data that keeps your bag and preferences working.
How we use it
We use your information to make and deliver your order, process payments, provide customer support, send order updates, prevent fraud, and, only if you opt in, let you know when new names arrive. We rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running the shop, and your consent for marketing.
Sharing
We share data only with the partners who help us operate: Stripe or another payment provider, shipping carriers, fragrance and fulfilment partners, email providers, analytics tools, WordPress/WooCommerce service providers, Hostinger, and Cloudflare. Each partner may process only the data needed to provide its service. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to remember your bag and gift preferences, protect the site through Cloudflare, and keep WordPress/WooCommerce working. We may also load analytics or email tools when they are enabled. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
Your rights
- Access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw marketing consent at any time.
- Request a portable copy of the data you gave us.
To exercise any of these, email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
Retention & security
We keep order records as long as needed for tax, warranty and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymise them. Data is held on secured, access-controlled systems and transmitted over encrypted connections.
Children
Mon Fragrance is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date.
